1. Current Beta Access Model
FYOS currently operates in open beta mode. Normal beta users access the product through beta entitlements rather than through an active paid subscription flow.
Public pricing and plan references may still appear for informational purposes, but they are not the active public checkout path during the beta.
2. Public Checkout Status
Public paid conversion paths may be disabled during beta. If checkout is disabled, normal beta users should not expect to purchase, renew, or manage a paid subscription as part of ordinary product use.
Future commercial plans may be introduced later, changed materially, or replaced before general commercial launch.
3. Refund Position During Beta
Because normal beta access does not require a paid subscription, there is generally no public beta payment to refund.
If an exceptional billing issue occurs through an internal test, legacy account state, or an expressly authorized commercial transaction, please contact us and we will review the situation case by case.
4. Legacy or Internal Billing Records
FYOS may retain historical billing records, subscription objects, or payment-provider mappings from prior stages of the product or for internal future-launch preparation. Their presence does not mean that public beta users are currently entering a paid commercial contract by default.
5. Future Commercial Plans
Any future commercial offering may include different prices, packaging, usage allowances, contractual terms, billing cycles, support levels, or refund rules than anything referenced during the beta.
No final commercial pricing or refund policy is promised by the current beta materials unless we explicitly state so in a future launch-specific agreement.
