Deployability depends on structural constraints, especially structural capacity and other practical limits. A high-score row can still be non-deployable.
4. Planner and Simulator Limits
- Planner is a bounded recommendation layer, not a final allocator or execution guarantee
- Simulator is a scenario engine, not a validated forecast engine
- Reality and trust surfaces are evidence layers, not guarantee layers
5. Coverage and Data Limits
Exchange data, historical linkage, realized-outcome support, and risk coverage may vary across exchanges, symbols, windows, and regimes. Some outputs are explicitly bounded, contextual, or coverage-limited.
Market data may be missing, stale, delayed, incomplete, source-limited, or revised.
6. Deprecated Branches
Deprecated branches such as survivability-led primary semantics and `soft_capacity_usd` as a primary capacity truth are not part of the current certified primary product contract. If they appear in diagnostics or historical contexts, they should not be treated as canonical.
